Our 2023 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on October 31, 2023, at 9:00 AM Eastern time via a live audio webcast. If you are a ZyVersa shareholder as of close of business on September 11, 2023, you will be able to participate in the virtual annual meeting online, vote your shares electronically, and submit written questions during the meeting.

To participate in the virtual meeting, you will need the 16-digit control number included in your Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, or on your proxy card, or in the instructions that accompanied your proxy materials.

If you are an owner of shares registered in the name of your broker, bank, or other agent, you should have received a Notice containing voting instructions from that organization rather than from the Company. To vote electronically at the virtual Annual Meeting, follow the instructions they provided or contact your broker or bank to request a proxy form.

A replay of the virtual annual meeting, including the questions answered during the meeting, will be available on this site for one year following the meeting date.
